Description

Justification The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to solicit Positron Access Solutions, on a sole source basis for the AK500S System as follows: AK500S 1 each 16-link CO line card shelf (7 RU) AK590CCR 1 each AK500S Redundant Common Control card including traffic aggregation AK525LC 16 each AK500S 8 pr Ethernet line card, 25Mbps symmetric at CSA, 45Mbps max AK525RU 16 each Remote 8 pr Ethernet Compact Unit, 25Mbps symmetric at CSA, 50Mbps max, AC pwrd or line pwrd, excl mounting AKRUPA 16 each Remote Compact Unit local power supply AKCURB 16 each 1 RU Rack Bracket Housing 2 Compact Units horizontally AK590CCR 1 each AK500S Redundant Common Control card including traffic aggregation AK525LC 1 each AK500S 8 pr Ethernet line card, 25Mbps symmetric at CSA, 45Mbps max AK525CU 1 each CO 8 pr Ethernet Compact Unit, 25Mbps symmetric at CSA, 50Mbps max, excl mounting AK525RU 1 each Remote 8 pr Ethernet Compact Unit, 25Mbps symmetric at CSA, 50Mbps max, AC pwrd or line pwrd, excl mounting AKRUPA 1 each Remote Compact Unit local power supply These specific components are required for use with existing systems, and are required to maintain copper-to-Ethernet conversion between the systems. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Ave, Panama City Beach, FL 32407-7018.
