- DD254 - Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification SOLICITATION The 410th Contracting Support Brigade - Regional Contracting Office Miami announces the anticipated release of a Solicitation for the following requirement: The United States Southern Command Headquarters (SOUTHCOM) has a requirement to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Financial Management Services and Support, Information Technology Support, and Training in support of the US Southern Command (J8) Resources and Assessments Directorate. The place of performance will be at US Southern Command Headquarters (Miami, Florida), Special Operations Command South (Homestead, Florida), and the Joint Interagency Task Force South (Key West, Florida). The requirement will be set-aside 100% for 8(a) Vendors ONLY. The NAICS Code this requirement will be solicited through is 541611. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $15,000,000.00. It is the Government's intent to issue a Firm-Fixed Price contract with some Cost CLINs (Contract Line Item Numbers) resulting from the solicitation. The anticipated Period of Performance for this requirement will be a 30-day phase ni period, and a base period of six (6) months with two 12-month option periods beginning 23 September 2016. The complete solicitation with the Performance Work Statement is anticipated to be released on or about 9 August 2016, with a closing date on or around 8 September 2016. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirements. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov. All responsible and responsive offers received prior to the closing date and time of the solicitation will be considered.
