- The USPFO for Virgin Islands intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single firm fixed- price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, permits, insurance, bonding, and supervision required to rehabilitate Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS) at #10 & 18 VICORP Land, Estate Bethlehem, Kingshill, USVI 00850 All specifications and drawings will be included as an attachment to the request for proposal. In accordance with FAR provision 36.204 and DFARS 236.204 the magnitude of the project is between $250,000 - $500,000 Construction/contract completion time is 180 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236210. This is a total small business, local-area set-aside. The small business size standard is $36.5 million average annual revenue. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 15 August 2016. The tentative date for the pre- proposal conference is on-or-about 26 August 2016 at the Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS), #10 & 18 VICORP Land, Estate Bethlehem, Kingshill, USVI 00850 Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-proposal conference. The solicitation closing date is scheduled for on-or-about 12 September 2016. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation.
