Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System, has a requirement for a Service Contract for the maintenance and service of a Government owned Getinge SPS Equipment as stated in the below statement of work. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued as a means to find vendors interested in presenting a quote when a solicitation is issued at a later date. The Request for Information (RFI) is issued on 08/08/2016 with responses due on 08/15/2016, 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Interested parties responding to this RFI shall provide an e-mail response of their interest by the due date indicated on the RFI. E-mail Address: joseph.warren@va.gov The NAICS code to be utilized for this acquisition will be 811219 - Medical and surgical equipment repair and maintenance services- and the small business size standard applicable is $20.5M. SERVICES: The purpose of this service is to ensure that the Getinge equipment located in Sterile Processing Services (SPS) at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System are covered for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for the total period of the contract. WORK TO BE PERFORMED WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY CERTIFIED AND OEM TRAINED TECHNICIANS THAT ARE ALLOWED TO WORK ON GETINGE SPS EQUIPMENT.
