Description

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to negotiate on other than full and open competition the purchase for Fragment Analyzer Automated CE System from Advanced Analytical, 2450 SE Oak Tree Court, Ankeny, IA 50021. The system includes (01 FSv2-CE2F Fragment Analyzer Automated CE System -12 cap : (02) A2300-1250-2247 12-Capillary Array Cartridge 50 um (ID) 22 cm (EFF), 47 cm (Total) 2mL (RES) : (3) FST-1000 Flourescent System Installation and Training (4) DNF-FSEW-OQ Fragment Analyzer Operational Qualification Kit : (5) OM-1000-FS Fragment Analyzer Operators Manual (electronic copy) : (6) SW-600-0001 PROsize Analytical Software - Individual License (1 computer) : (7) SM-FSCE Packaging & Handling : (8) Shipping Advanced Analytical is the original manufacturer of the Fragment Analyzer Automated CE System which supports Pac Bio sequencing. This specific instrument is requested because the Fragment Analyzer is a capillary-based nucleic acid analysis instrument that allows for detailed analysis and quality assessment of whole genomic DNA preparations prior to sending samples for outside contract PacBio sequencing. All responsible sources may submit a response that will be considered. The Government reserves the right to make a decision whether this requirement is available for competition.
