Description: Specifications The purpose of modification 1 is to correct an error on the specifications. Specification 1 is hereby changed to read: Hardware shall have a 2.5 GHz oscilloscope with a record length no less than 250 million (for one channel). This oscilloscope shall have four (4) channels. The maximum sample rate for one channel shall be no less than 40 GS/s. Revised specifications are attached.
