- Audio Video solicitation 1. The New York National Guard Counterdrug Task Force (NYNGCDTF) is looking for a vendor to install a HD 3X2 video wall system in our operations office. The vendor will provide and install 6 new displays on the front wall in a 3x2 configuration. Sources are 6 computer video signals originating from 6 PC's with HDMI monitor outputs located at the front of the operations room (PC's will be provided by NYNGCDTF). TV signals from one tuner which will be located in the rack (CATV feed to be provided by NYNGCDTF). A touch panel will control the displays on/off, route the desired PC signals to the 6 new displays. The system will have one extra empty input slot for future upgrade. Items that are required but not limited to are listed below (any brand name listed below or its equivalent is acceptable): Crestron DMMD 8x8 digital media router chassis (1), Crestron 4K HDMI input card for DM switchers (6), Crestron 2-channel HDMI output card for DM switchers (3), Crestron 2-channel 4K digital media 8G+ output card (1), Crestron 4K digital media 8G+ receiver & room controller 100 (2), Crestron 1-to-2 4K HDMI distribution amplifier (6), Crestron TSW750 7" color touch screen (1), Crestron table-top stand (1), Crestron POE switcher (1), Crestron 3-series control system (1), Middle Atlantic custom rack package to includes power distribution (1), Planar CM 3x2 LED video-wall using 6 46" thin-bezel 24/7 rated displays with matched video wall mounts (1), all cables, connectors and hardware. 2. The NYNGCDTF requires a turnkey system design which would require the vendor to do multiple site visits. The vendor would be required to integrate multiple name brand products and software to be assembled, custom configured, and pre-tested at vendor location. Once testing is complete the system would then be delivered and installed at our facility by vendors who are certified technicians. All products and services will be provided by vendor with full warranty coverage and guaranteed maintenance, provided on a yearly basis using a customer care agreement. The warranty and maintenance coverage requires that components are not substituted, removed or provided by others for the customer care agreement to be guaranteed. 3. The vendor will: a. Pre-build and test all components at vendor's facility. b. Create custom programming for full system automation. c. Deliver all hardware to site with full packing lists including SN for approval. d. Install all necessary AV equipment at NYNGCDTF designated site. e. Once on site test system for full functionality and activate warranties. f. Train all personnel on system functionality. g. Provide 1st year customer care system support and warranty coverage for all components. 4. The NYNGCDTF will: a. Provide all computers, monitors and software sources for system display. b. Provide cable TV tuner. c. Provide clear cable path when needed. D. Provide 110V, dedicated-circuit outlets at equipment locations.
