Description: Delivery of 550 cubic yards of Portland Cement Concrete to Beale AFB. The concrete shall be ready to pour and the Government will have a crew ready to receive as the vendor pours. The Portland Cement Concrete shall develop a minimum compressive strength of 4000 PSI in 28 days and the max slump shall be 5 inches.
