Description
STATEMENT OF WORK Contractor to supply all material, labor and equipment for painting the rod iron fence in its entirety at Fort McPherson National Cemetery in the following manner: 1.Pressure wash and prepare the rod iron fence with hand tools or spot blast 2.Fence will be blocked on one side to prevent overspray of paint 3.All adjacent areas surface areas will be masked; brick, concrete, signs, etc. 4.Industrial type paint will be used. 5.Headstones in the vicinity of the work area will be covered in a respectful manner to avoid overspray. 6.Work will be performed in accordance with PDCA standards. Contractor will supply all material, labor and equipment to paint all wood trim and rod iron hand and safety rails on the exterior of the Administrative Building. 1.Scrape loose and peeling paint 2.Caulk and prepare as needed 3.Minor wood repair 4.Mask adjacent surfaces 5.Spot priming 6.Paint windows, soffit band, enclosed porch exterior doors, handrails and the siding on the north side of the office. 7.Sealant removal and replacement between the sidewalk and the administrative building to match existing. All work will be to be professional standards and any deviations will require written recommendations from the contractor and will not proceed until coordination with the Contracting Officer Representative and the Contracting Officer. METHOD OF AWARD - CASCADE PROCEDURES This is a competitive Request for Quotes (RFQ) using a Three (3)-Tier cascading set-aside procedure. The set-aside requirement will be as follows: 1st tier- SDVOSB 2nd tier- VOSB 3rd tier- All small businesses
