- Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to issue a sole source modification to DynCorp International, LLC (DynCorp) on contract N00019-15-D-0001, an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Under that contract, DynCorp provides organizational, selected intermediate, and limited depot level maintenance and logistics support services for the Navy F/A-18A/B/C/D/E/F, EA-18G, MH60S, F-16A/B and E-2C aircraft based at Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center (NAWDC), Naval Air Station (NAS) Fallon. This contract modification will clarify current requirements and will include additional requirements. NAWCAD intends to issue the modification in October 2016. DynCorp is currently providing services on the subject contract and is the only company that is in the immediate position to perform the revised/additional tasking without disruption of services and unacceptable delay. This contract is currently within option period I (with a period of performance of 1 February 2016 through 31 January 2017) and there are three remaining one year options. This modification supports PMA 226 and NAWDC at Fallon, NV. NAWCAD intends to award this effort to DynCorp International, LLC of Fort Worth, TX, under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
