Description

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition for ongoing Sequencing Services with ACGT Inc., 35 Walts Dr, Whelling, IL. These services are part of ongoing research projects and changing the process now would negatively effect the current projects. This is not a request for proposal. All responsible sources who are certified by ACGT Inc to provide this service may submit a proposal showing their capabilities and past performance in providing this service. All responsible sources may submit a response that will be considered. This will be a firm fixed price contract in accordance with the statutory authority for this sole source requirement 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one source available, no substitutions possible. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Offers must be submitted no later than 7 A.M Eastern Standard Time, August 19, 2016 to brad.engel@nih.gov.
