Description
1. Purpose The purpose of this requirement is to provide a full Se r v ic e Maintenance Agreement for Existing AMAG System (Security for al l Doors) at the following l ocations: Hask el l, Oklahoma City, Wewoka, Clinton, Pawnee and El Reno. The fo ll ow ing price i ncludes service ca ll s during normal business hour s 7:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. after hour calls will be charged at VENDOR after hour rate. Price a l so includes replacement equipment for you existing AMAG System and 2015 AMAG SSA. 2. Scope Vendor will maintain the existing AMAG Systems Each call will be schedu l ed with a service report deta il ing the tasks to perform and any specia l tool s and instrumentation requ i red to properly maintain the system. Upon completion of each service call, a summary of the tasks completed wi ll be provided to the Indian Health Service. 3. Preventative Maintenance : Inspections will be schedu l ed detailing the tasks to perform and any s pecial tools and instrumentation required to properly maintain the systems. a. Test card readers and initiating devices b. Check alarm operation c. Check Contro ll ers d. C h eck, motion sensors, door switches, break glass sensors and other related interface switches e. Check report generation function f. Check server and workstations g. Check Central Station commun i catio n h. Check software 4. Inspection Reports Vendor wi ll furnish a report certifying that tests have been comp l eted and document any deficiencies found which may require corrective action. 5. Hardware Support Vendor wi ll perform scheduled maintenance services on the Equipment covered under this Agreement and as detailed on the Equipment Li s t. Components and parts on the Equipment List that are found to be defective, have failed operationa ll y or which exhibit signs of near term fai lur e wi ll be identified during each preventive maintenance inspection or test. If the component or part is covered under a current factory warranty, said part or component will be replaced at no charge to Indian Health Service including labor during normal business hours. For any equipment requiring repair or replacement that is not covered, an estimate will be prepared and submi tted for approval on a reimbursable basis and repair authorization shall be issued in writing to Vendor by an authorized representative of the Indian Health Service before proceeding with the work.
