Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT AD – PROJECT NUMBER 6PR0104 Arecibo, PR General Services Administration (GSA) is seeks to lease the following space: State: Puerto Rico City: Arecibo, PR Delineated Area: NORTH : Starting at the intersection of PR#2 with PR#129, moving east on PR#2 and continuing east ending at the intersection of HWY 22 and PR#149. EAST : Starting at the intersection of HWY 22 and PR #149 moving south on PR#149 and ending on the intersection of PR#2 and PR#149. SOUTH: Starting at the intersection of PR#2 and PR#149 moving west on PR#2 and continuing west on HWY #22 ending at the intersection of HWY #22 and PR #129. WEST: Starting at the intersection of HWY #22 and PR#129 moving north until intersection of PR#129 and PR#2. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,872 USF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 21 structured parking spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): - 21 structured parking spaces which must be reserved and secured. - a secured Sallyport. Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: · Office space must be contiguous on one floor. · Subleases are not acceptable · The Government requires a fully serviced lease. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.
