- PWS Attachment G6 DPM Claims PWS Attachment G5 Acronyms PWS Attachment G4 Definitions PWS Attachment G3 Ctr Docs PWS Attachment G2 Publications PWS Attachment G1 Figures Estimated DPM Quantities for Sheppard AFB Draft PWS The 82d Training Wing at Sheppard AFB, TX, is seeking potential sources to provide Packing and Crating services. The services will include all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, except as specified herein as Government-furnished, for the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense personnel for shipment and/or storage and related services. The Request for Information (RFI) sought herein is for planning purposes only. 1. 82 CONS/LGCA is seeking industry feedback on the attached "Preliminary" Performance Work Statement (PWS). Additionally, the Government is seeking any feedback to learn whether or not a small business is able to perform services as one requirement. 2. 82 CONS/LGCA requests interested, qualified sources to respond to this Request for Information (RFI). Please be advised this is a request for information by the government, and does not obligate the Government to reimburse any cost associated with preparation and/or submission of this information. Consequently, the Government will not reimburse any vendors for the cost incurred to provide information for this effort. The RFI does not guarantee the Government will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) or award a contract. Instructions for submittals are provided below. 3. Failure to respond to the RFI does not preclude proposal submittal should a formal acquisition be announced. Response from small businesses and small disadvantaged business firms are highly encouraged. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFI is 488991 and the small business size standard is $27.5M. Firms responding should indicate if they are a large or small business, a socially and/or economically disadvantaged business, 8(a) firm, historically black college, and/or minority institution. Please include a capability statement regarding the potential performance of this service. 4. Respondents should provide a non-proprietary response to the RFI if possible. If proprietary material is deemed essential, all proprietary information should be clearly marked and associated restrictions on Government use identified. All responses must be signed and submitted by email in Microsoft Word format. The Government may not accept company literature or marketing materials. Responses are limited to thirty (30) pages in length, and font size should not be smaller than 12 pt font. The Government will not consider pages in excess of this limitation. 5. 82 CONS/LGCA requests respondents deliver one (1) electronic copy no-later-than 4:00 PM CST, 22 August 2016.
