Market research was done and it was found that the required material(s) are not available through GSA, Unicor, Ability One and Webflis. Based on the search through SBA quick market search under NAICS 339113, (3) vendors- NNI- Navy Newport news Industrial (LB), LANCS Industries (SB), and SilFlexshielding (SB) to confirm availability and estimated market research pricing. NNI-Navy Newport News Industrial (LB), LANCS Industries (SB), and SilFlexshielding (SB), expressed interest, As there are no small businesses capable of providing the needed items, buyer recommends this procurement be solicited as unrestricted, full and open.
