- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) number is title F5N1CC6144AW01 TruLink Transceivers and Pouches. This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set aside under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code 334220 with less than 1250 employees. The 439th Airlift Wing requires two separate CLINS the first CLIN is for a total of 60 Telephonics TruLink Portable Transceivers part #780-1000-001-CF0095. The second CLIN is for a total of 60 Telephonics TPT pouches : 8300-826, CAMO Pouch: P/N: T8105-0001-001 This is a brand name justification as the Telephonics TruLink Portable Transceivers are the Airless Wireless Intercommunication System (AWIS) approved for use on KC-135, C130 and C17 aircraft. Please include your shipping charges in your quote on your company letterhead. Be sure to add how long you quote will be valid and the amount of time from contract award to delivery. Also include any warranty information, your company POC name and number, CAGE code and DUNS nubmer. Thes items will be delivered to Westover ARB in Chicopee, Massachusetts. All quotes will be considered. Any resultant award will be made to the lowest priced offeror providing a technically acceptable offer as outlined in the solicitation. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents. The following Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its supplements (DFARS and AFFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition; 52.204-7 SAM Registration, 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer, and 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests, 252-232-7006 WAWF payment instructions for wide area work flow. Also clauses 52.225-18 Place of manufacture and 52.225-1 Buy American. To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in the SAM database which can be accessed at the website www.sam.gov. Quotes shall be submitted and received no later than 10:00 AM (EST) on August 31, 2016, by E-mail to kimberly.mcgee.2@us.af.mil. Or by mail to to the 439th Contracting Flight, ATTN: Services and Supplies Branch, 250 Airlift Drive, Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, MA, 01022. PHONE CALLS ARE DISCOURAGED.
