Notice If Intent The Department of Veteran Affairs, intent to sole source the IntelliSpace Essential SMA with Hardware Support, which includes: Software Upgrades and Updates with implementation and clinical education for all software upgrade, education and preventive maintenance at the Nashville VA Medical Center (VAMC). Phillips Healthcare will provide a software maintenance agreement with hardware support.
