Description

System Specifications Solicitation Document Whole slide imager with equal or greater resolution to the currently owned Olympus BX51 fluorescence microscope and can automatically image (and enumerate) 100 consecutive microscope slides without interruption while affording the flexibility of being able to use manually in a motorized fluorescence microscope in instances where direct comparisons will need to be made to older data. The equipment must interface with the current Government owned, Olympus BX51 microscope. See the Solicitation Document and attachments for additional details. This announcement serves a notive of the Government's intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Olympus America, Inc. 48 Woerd Ave., Waltham, MA 02453. Responses must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM (local prevailing time at U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Utah), August 30, 2016 via email (samuel.c.layton8.civ@mail.mil), or facsimile (435-831-2085).
