- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 6650-01-302-7684 The FSC of this requirement is 6650. This Amendment 0001, is to correct Delivery and FAT data on pages 2, 7, and 8 of original RFP attachment. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. F.O.B and Inspection/Acceptance requested is at Origin. The solicitation will be available in DIBBS on its issue date of AUGUST 16TH, 2016 and it will be a total small business set-aside. The closing date will be September 15th, 2016. Under this solicitation, the resulting contract will be Fixed Price with Annual Price Adjustments, Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract issued under FAR 15, with a 3-year base period and two 1-year option periods that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government, for a total contract period of five years, if both options are exercised. The annual demand quantity (ADQ) will be 169 units. This acquisition calls for First Article Testing (Contractor). The estimated ADV is $69, 418.44.
