Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement Number N63394-16-G-0005 on a sole source basis to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), 100 Plastics Ave., Pittsfield, MA 01201-3632 for Littoral Combat Ship Independence Variant Integrated Tactical Trainer Modernization and Installation Services. GDMS is the only qualified and known source with the special test equipment, special tooling and facilities that can support this highly complex requirement.
