- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Fort Bragg, NC, intends to issue a solicitation within the next week for services to provide a one-page advertisement in a local magazine or newspaper. These publications are sometimes found in newsstands at grocery stores, discount stores or on sidewalks for commercial businesses and post office. The publications shall be made available to school-age children at private and public schools. The contractor shall be capable of distributing in the greater Fort Bragg area, to include Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke, and Moore Counties, as well as the distribution of publication to the schools within the counties. The objective of this requirement is to reach an audience that is composed of military children and families. NAICS code for this acquisition is 541810, ‘Advertising Agencies' with a description of "this industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in creating advertising campaigns and placing such advertising in periodicals, newspapers, radio and television, or other media. The Government intends to have performance start on or around 24 September 2016.
