- The Cibola National Forest in seeking RFQ for 4- Each of Multifunction Sharp MX-4110N Printer/Copier. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subparts 13.1 and 37.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) AG-83D5-S-16-0012. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-59 and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423420 and the small business size standard is $33.5 million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business concerns may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Forest Service. The Government requires performance of the work described in these documents for 4 EA Multifunction Sharp MX-4110N to be delivered and installed at the following locations: 1.) Mt. Tayolr RD, 1800 Lobo Canyon RD, Grants, NM 87020 2.) Magdalena RD, 203 1st., Magdalena NM 87825 3.) Sandia RD, 11776 Hwy. 377, Tijars, NM 87059 4.) Kiwoa and Rita National Grasslands, 714 Main ST., Clayton, NM 88415 See attached solicitation package and list of attachments. Enter prices in SF18 Schedule of Items using a typewriter or black ink. Complete full Return Package and return to the Contracting Officer. The Cibola National Forest is seeking RFQ for 4- Each of Multifunction Sharp MX-4110N Printer/Copier. Features must include: 1.) Black and White with color option 2.) Duplex single pass feeder 3.) 4 Drawer-500 sheet each, adjustable drawer(2000 Capacity) 4.) Fax/Modem 5.) Surge Protector 6.) Data Security 7.) Installed, network,product training and support 8.) USB Capable 9.) Optional Maintenance Plan(maintenance plan will be set up and paid for on a monthly basics by the district offices) Printer will be delivered and installed at the following locations: 1.) Mt.
