- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in the Netherlands will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website when it is available. The Embassy of the United States in Netherlands will issue a solicitation for Install & Maintenance of alarm systems for residences located in The Hague, Wassenaar, Rotterdam, Amstelveen and Amsterdam areas. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in fourth coming periods. Major duties and responsibilities are to provide installations and maintenance of alarm systems for the Embassy. System of Award Management (https://www.SAM.gov) registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective quoters are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in November 2015. No electronic quotations will be accepted. Please mail your quote to the contracting office listed in this prior to response date and time.
