Solicitation Details -USPSC USAID Philippines' Deputy Executive Officer Solicitation No: SOL-492-16-000006 Issuance Date: August 16, 2016 Closing Date: September 15,2016 Closing Time: 11:00 a.m. Manila, Philippines time Subject : Solicitation for a U.S. Personal Services Contract (USPSC) USAID/Philippines' Deputy Executive Officer, GS-14 equivalent Dear Prospective Candidates: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications from U.S. citizens to provide personal services contract (PSC) as described in the attached solicitation. Submissions will be in accordance with the attached information at the place and time specified and must include a signed AID-302-3, which is available at the USAID Web site Forms page or at Federal Offices. In addition to the signed AID-302-3, applicants are required to submit the following: - a resume or curriculum vitae, - three professional references - date of availability to start work Please ensure that your resume/CV appropriately addresses the selection criteria/factors. Please use additional pages as necessary. Applicants should retain for their records copies of all enclosures which accompany their applications. The application must be emailed and received by the date and time at the address supplied in the attached solicitation. Applications received after the closing time and date, or are incomplete, will not be accepted nor considered unless authorized by the Contracting Officer pursuant to FAR 15.208. Offerors are responsible for ensuring that applications are received at USAID/Philippines by the specified due date and time. This solicitation is posted at http://www.fbo.gov. Candidates are advised to click on the tab “Watch This Opportunity” (FBO) to receive notices on updates to the solicitation. Issuance of this solicitation does not obligate USAID to award a contract nor does it commit USAID to pay for any cost associated with the preparation or submission of an application.
