Description

This attachment contains the letter provided by Mr. Dirk van der Vaart, the Chief Operating Officer of Gatekeeper Security. This attachment contains the sole source justification provided by the customer. This attachment contains the Performance Work Statement for this requirement. This attachment contains the J&A for this requirement. This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 8.506(a)(1)(i)(B). The source is: U.S. Testing Equipment, LTD. 7201 NE 18th Street, Suite A VANCOUVER, WA, 98661-7325 NAICS 334519 The requirement is for: 3 Each - Gatekeeper 2011 AUVIS 3 Each - Dual HD Automatic License Plate Reader 3 Each - Periodic Maintenance Agreement 1 Each - Gatekeeper Central Server 3 Lot - Installation (in accordance with Performance Work Statement) 1 Each - Operator Training Business Size: Small US Testing Equipment, LTD, is the only company authorized to distribute, install, and maintain the Gatekeeper 2011 Automatic Under Vehicle Inspection System (AUVIS) for Nellis and Creech AFB. This was validated through Gatekeeper, the manufacturer of this proprietary system, who submitted a letter certifying US Testing Equipment, LTD., is the only authorized representative for the specific Creech and Nellis AFB Gatekeeper Security's AUVIS requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Responses must be received by 09/17/2016 at 7:30 PM PST.
