- Additional HSAR Clauses U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is contemplating an award for services to re-fuel diesel powered mobile light towers in the Yuma, AZ area. Twenty-five (25) units that will need toi be refueled 2 times a week during spring-summer months and 3 times a week during Fall-Winter months, 24/7/365. Diesel fuel to be provided, for the generators only, by the U.S. Border Patrol, from their bulk fuel tank. Aresa are primarily non paved off road trails and crude roads. Will require all wheel drive off road type vehicle with self contained diesel tank and metered pump. (1) The attached Statement of Work (SOW) provides a description of therequired services to include location of work, deliverable schedule and special requirements (2) The period of performance is from Sep 15, 2016 thru Sep 15, 2021. Base year and four (4) possible option years (3) The solicitation referance number is 20094035 (4) This acquisition is set aside for Small Business under NAICS code 811310. (5) Contract Line Item Number9S) CLINS: 10 Services. Firm Fixed Price (FFP) (6) Inspection/Acceptance will be performed monthly by the Government at the area of performance. (7) Instructions to Offerors: Interested vendors shiuld submit thre (3) documents: (a). Offerors shal submitt a cover letter identifying their company name, POC and contact information. To include Dunn and Bradstreet number (DUNS #). (b) Offerors should submitt a technical response that explains how the offer will meet the requirements of the SOW by describing their technical approach. The technical response should be detailed enough to allow the Government to determine technical capability of the technical approach. (c) Offerors should also provide a breakdown of price on a seperate document in the form of the chart noted in the SOW. (d) The closing date of theis RFQ is August 26th, 2016 at 12:00 pm (noon) PDT. EVALUATION: (a) The Government will award a contrcat resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitaion under best value and that is technically acceptable.
