- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - Engine Covers Statement of Work - Engine Covers This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W91SMC-16-R-2636, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-76. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code is 451130 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; Contractor shall provide custom designed KC-135 R/Model Engine Intake Covers and Frame Assemblies and required hardware to meet the specification requirements that are outlined within this Statement Of Work dated 27 May 2016, 3 pages. All items to be delivered to the 126 th Air Refueling Wing, IL ANG, Scott AFB, IL. FOB: Destination for delivery to 126 MXS 2210 East Dr., Bldg 5016, Scott AFB, IL 62225. For a list of provisions and clauses that apply to this acquisition please see attached combined solicitation document. All firms must be registered in the System for Award Management database @ www.sam.gov and shall be considered for award. All quotes must be sent to TSgt Jamie Betzinger and SMSgt Tammy Knowles at: e-mail jamie.l.betzinger.mil@mail.mil and tammy.y.knowles.mil@mail.mil. Quotes are required to be received not later than 4 :00 PM CDT, 31 August 2016.
