- The U.S. Military Academy (USMA) at West Point intends to award a Brand-Name Only order for the purchase of Lieberman's Enterprise Random Password Manager (ERPM) software. This sources sought notice seeks to identify alternative products that would satisfy this requirement. This is NOT a request for quote. This is for market research purposes only. A solicitation for this requirement does NOT exist and we will not accept any quotes at this time. This is a sources sought announcement and NOT a request for technical or cost proposals. An award will NOT be made on the basis of this notice, and there will be no reimbursement of costs incurred by potential offerors responding to this notice. A solicitation does not exist to be provided.
