Description

Justification and Authorization for Sole Source Award The 355 th Contracting Squadron has issued a sole-source procurement action with Workplace Systems, Inc. for the procurement of the following items: All materials, labor, tools, and transportation needed to furnish the following: Purchase Workplace Time and Attendance site license/maintenance. Period of Performance: 19 August 2016 through 18 August 2017. This requirement was conducted under FAR 13.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. Workplace Systems, Inc. is the only authorized distributor of Workplace Time and Attendance Software products in the United States; as confirmed by Workplace Corporation. This is a notice of award for a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. A previous notice of Intent To Sole Source was posted and resulted in no additional responses.
