Description

Brand Name Notice of Intent NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Air Force District of Washington Contracting Directorate intends to award a Sole Source, firm-fixed price call order for Secretary of the Air Force Chief Information Officer Portfolio Management Division (SAF/CIO A6) for Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management (OPPM) on the Department of Defense Enterprise Software Initiative (DoD ESI) mandatory sourcing vehicle. The authority for the sole source justification and other than full and open competition procedures is 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), only one source capable providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 511210. Persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
