THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. The Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. A solicitation is not currently available. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 2), is conducting market research for qualified firms that are Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, capable of providing the ATTACHED items available from Hovertech or equal. ANY "OR EQUAL" BRAND MUST HAVE EQUAL SPECIFICATIONS TO THE MODEL NUMBERS ATTACHED. IF RESPONDING WITH AN "OR EQUAL" BRAND YOU MUST PROVIDE THE SPECIFICATION SHEET OF YOUR SUGGESTED MODEL OR YOU WILL BE DEEMED NON RESPONSIVE. Applicable NAICS Code is 339113, with a Small Business size standard of 750 Employees. Offerors desiring consideration shall email a capabilities statement and the following information directly to the Contracting Officer referencing the following in the subject field, "VA243-16-Q-0919 - Hovertech". Offerors, at the time of response, shall be verified in VIP. Unverified SDVOSBs will be considered non-responsive to the requirements of this sources sought and any resulting solicitation. Offers from unverified SDVOSBs are considered deficient and will not be evaluated.
