Description

This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE -The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 10 Contracting Office intends to award a firm, fixed price, commercial services contract under FAR Part 13 for onsite Perfusionist services. The term of the contract is for one year from the date of award, with 4 option years. Solicitation documents are anticipated to be available on or around August 22, 2016, and they will be posted via the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. NAICS Code 621399, Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners with a size standard of $7.5 Million. The contractor shall provide 1.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) Board Eligible/Board Certified Perfusionist for Perfusion Service at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Hours of coverage shall be Tuesday and Wednesday and every 1st and 3rd Monday of the Month, between 8:00 a.m. EST and 4:30 p.m. EST, to include call back and On-call services.
