Description
AWARD NOTICE DETAILS: Contract Number DOL-OPS-16-D-0017 was awarded for the procurement of Medical Second Opinion and Medical Examination Services (SECOP) for the Seattle District Office (District Office 14) to support the Department of Labor (DOL) Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) Division of Federal Employees' Compensation (DFEC). Contract Number DOL-OPS-16-D-0017 was competed using Full and Open Competition. Contract Number DOL-OPS-16-D-0017 was awarded as a single, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for one (1) twelve (12) month Base Year and four (4) twelve (12) month Option Years. Contract Number DOL-OPS-16-D-0017 shall enable the Government to provide Medical Second Opinion and Medical Examination Services, Schedule Awards, Supplemental Reports, Follow-up Reports, and file reviews for affected claimants who reside within the area served by the OWCP's District Office. Medical Second Opinion Services shall be provided for Federal Employees' Compensation Act (FECA) claimants per annum. Additional services to include Schedule Award Examination Services, Follow-up Reports, and Supplemental Reports for the estimated quantities identified in the contract per annum. The affected claimants for this contract reside within the area served by OWCP's Seattle District Office (Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington), and the claim files are in the custody of the District Office in Seattle.
