- Request for Information F2FF116202AW01-Simulation Cart 1. Is the diameter, length, load capacity and material type of the 10 rollers that span the 20" portion of the deck an important design feature? (I didn't see any details for these in the specification document) A: 3" roller diameter, load capacity, 500 Ibs. Roller feature is purely cosmetic, rollers to replicate C-130 floor area. 2. Is the 7'6" height dimension the overall height of the cart including the caster height? A: 7'6" without casters. 3. The specification calls for the frame to be constructed of square tubing; is this a "hard" requirement? There is a possibility that a combination of square tubing, angle, channel and other readily available aluminum material will enhance the result. Is the use of these other aluminum material forms acceptable? A: Request Square tubing where design specifies. Our desire is that this Simulation Cart duplicate current systems in our inventory. With that said we will accept engineering input on structure materials if overall design is not compromised. 4. What is the desired direction(s) and swivel range(s) for the TV/monitor? A: 40 degrees forward and back. This will allow student to adjust tilt of monitor according to seating height. 5. Will any holes (other than the 1" carabiner holes), brackets etc. need to be provided for mounting the GFE Troop Seat? A: No, seat is designed with a hook and strap system, seat will be able to strap to rack system on upper rails. 6. Is it possible to get a photograph or other descriptive information on the Troop Seat? A: I WILL GET PHOTO NEXT WEEK AND FORWARD. 7. The specification document calls for a 1/2" light system in each ceiling corner. Is this in addition to the light bar that will be mounted over the TV/Monitor? A: After further review - CANX light system attachment on corners - Not required at this time. 8. The specification document calls for a light bar with lights having a 5mm diameter but the concept drawing shows a light bar that is much larger. Can you confirm the desired diameter of the lights? A: WILL GET EXACT DEMENSIONS OF LIGHT BAR SYSTEM FROM OTHER UNITS NEXT WEEK AND FORWARD.
