- Appendix Pricing Motorcycle Safety SOW Motorcycle Safety Course Synopsis Solicitation FAR 12.6 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The solicitation number is F3Z0406222AW02; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2015-89 effective 15 Aug 16; Defense DPN 201-60811 Effective 15 Aug 16; and AFAC 2016-0603 effective 03 Jun 16. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611692. The business size standard is $7,000,000. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is U008. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7999. Travis AFB has a requirement for Motorcycle Safety Training, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The base contract is for a one year period of performance. Please see the attached Statement of Work and Appendix for the requirement. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
