- This will be to add below NSN to Contract FA8517-15-D-0009. a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Reimbursable (CR), and Time and Materials (T&M) IDIQ Repair and Engineering Services contract. Additions will be included in the remaining ordering periods. This effort will be sole source to: Rockwell Collins Cage Codes 13499. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Posting of the solicitation is epxected 15 days after the posting of synopsis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The government does not own the data or the rights to the data for repair. IAW FAR5.207(c)(16(i), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
