Description

This is a sources sought, for research of current market conditions and information only. This is not a request for quotes. Service and Maintenance Contract for Government owned GE AMX portables with Canon digital Detector under NAICS 811219. VA Philadelphia imaging department utilizes GE AMX portables with Canon digital detectors along with all associated hardware needed for the proper functioning of the system to take x-ray images of patients around the hospital. Covered under this contract is (6) GE AMX portables with Canon digital detectors. This equipment requires repair and maintenance by trained personnel using manufacturer approved parts and specifications. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide a service contract for government owned GE AMX portables with Canon digital addition, required by the requirements stated herein. The service contract will include the following: AMX 4 Portable Service Agreement to include: a.Coverage Hours M-F 8a-5p b.All parts and labor c.(2) PMs per year d.All batteries included With Protection plan to include replacement detector(s) repair will be attempted before replacement VAMC Philadelphia imaging department utilizes GE AMX portables with Canon digital detectors along with all associated hardware needed for the proper functioning of the system to take x-ray images of patients around the hospital. Covered under this contract is (6) GE AMX portables with Canon digital detectors. This equipment requires repair and maintenance by trained personnel using manufacturer approved parts and specifications.
