- Attachment 3 - Vicinity Maps Attachment 2 - Index of Specifications Attachment 1 - Wage Determination Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for geotechnical investigation and geotechnical bores on the Gunnison Ranger District on the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests. The office is located at 216 North Colorado Street, Gunnison, Colorado. This Contract shall include management, tools, equipment, materials and labor necessary to ensure that the Bid Items listed in the solicitation meet State, Federal and applicable codes. A pre-proposal site visit is not scheduled, but vendors are encouraged to visit the sites. This is a total small business set aside. The anticipated date for award of this solicitation is September 15, 2016. The due date is identified in the solicitation. The solicitation is available for free download at www.fbo.gov. All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM - www.sam.gov) to be considered responsive to this solicitation. SAM is a free service. All offerors must respond to all evaluation criteria in Section M of the solicitation to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Offerors who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of offerors.
