The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, any apparatus or tools, transportation, supervision, permits and disposal necessary for performing annual preventive maintenance and testing of seventy-two (72) overhead lift systems, seven (7) portable patient lifts and twelve (12) patient stand assists at the Providence VA Medical Center, 830 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence, RI 02908. The contractor shall also be responsible for any installations, relocations or removals of the overhead lift systems as required by the hospital.
