- The Contracting Office for United States Property & Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for Missouri is seeking information regarding capability and availability of commercial sources to provide Rotatable Wire Board Stands. Please provide supporting information demonstrating your company is fully capable of meeting the government's requirement. Response Requested by 11:00 am CST 26 August 2016. REQUIREMENT: Name Brand or Equal: 4 EA - Proline WHJ9648/80/EX 1. The Missouri Theater Aviation Support Maintenance Group (MO-TASMG) requires 4 each Rotatable Wire Board Stands to support the MO TASMG Maintenance program that supports a 14 State region providing DEPOT level maintenance to 31 support facilities aircraft that is brought into the MO TASMG facility. The Rotatable Wire Board Stands will be utilized by MO TASMG personnel to draft full scale wire harness boards. For example, the Rotatable Wire Board Stands will enable technicians to draw, mark, measure, and replicate wire harnesses for the UH-60M Aircraft. 2. MO-TASMG has need of 4 each Rotatable Wire Board Stands that is electrically adjustable in both height and tilt, capable of 80 degrees rotation. These units should be wired with to an electrical supply with an integral on/off switch. These units should have full length, overhead adjustable LED lighting. The Rotatable Wire Board Stands must be well designed, with minimal maintenance and up keep. Procurement should be from a company that has a proven track record of backing their product and providing service, readily available parts, and support for future years. When it arrives on site, the Rotatable Wire Board Stands must be mission ready and backed by a multi-year warranty. Salient Characteristics: Units shall be constructed as an all metal frame work. Units shall have the ability to join together. Units shall be 96 inches long X 48 inches deep X 29.50 inches high in the flat position. Units shall be capable of height adjustment from 29 inches to 48 inches. Units shall be capable of electrically controlled rotation. Units shall be wired in such a manner as to allow all units to join together and share electrical connectivity. Units shall be wired in a manner that will allow a master control box for all joined stands. Units shall have a mounting rail for electrical supply. Units shall have overhead LED lighting, capable of swivel, in and out adjustment, and controllable with a switch. Units shall have electrical supply with 12 outlets, on/off switch, built in circuit breaker, and 6 foot cord. Units shall be painted light gray. Units shall include destination delivery charges and set-up.
