- Brand Name Justification Juniper Requirements This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Request for Quotation/solicitation number is ITC-RFQ-16-0053. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-89. It is the responsibility of the offeror to be familiar with the incorporated FAR provisions and clauses. The offeror is responsible for monitoring this site (www.fbo.gov) for any amendments that may be issued to this Request for Quotation. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside and only quotations from qualified offerors will be accepted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 423430, Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers, with the small business size standard of 250 employees. The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to the offeror whose offer is evaluated as being Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government. The offeror must be a Juniper authorized partner of hardware and software maintenance and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov) prior to award. See the attached requirements document for details of the requirements. The period of performance is November 1, 2016 through October 31, 2017. The awardee must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items (June 2016), Paragraph (a), and the following clauses in Paragraph (b) 52.204-10; 52.209-6; 52.219-6, 52.219-28; 52.222-3; 52.222-21; 52.222-26; 52.222-36; 52.222-50; 52.223-18; 52.225-13; and 52.232-33. The Commission anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to the responsible offeror whose quotation is evaluated as the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer.
