Description

Combined Synopsis W81XWH-16-T-0330 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W81XWH-16-T-0330 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The U.S. Army Medical Research Institute for Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) has a requirement for the purchase of Brand Name or Equal Bio-Rad Laboratories One Step RT-ddPCR Advanced Kit for Probes in the QX200 AutoDG/QX200/QX100 Droplet Digital PCR Systems; Pipet Tips for the AutoDG System for use with the Automated Droplet Generator in the QX200 AutoDG Droplet Digital PCR System; and DG32 Automated Droplet Generator Cartridges for use with the Automated Droplet Generator QX200 AutoDG Droplet Digital PCR System in accordance with (IAW) the Minimum Essential Characteristics (MECs) identified in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). The acquisition is full and open competition using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection procedures. Reference attached RFQ for detailed information on the requirement, how to respond, and evaluation criteria. The RFQ closes on Tuesday, 6 September 2016 at 10:00 A.M. EST. This RFQ as well as any amendments will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and FAR 5.102. As a result, hard copies will not be provided.
