Description

RFQJB4308611 NIEHS needs access to cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM), a powerful set of emerging technologies capable of solving the structure of complex macromolecular assemblies from small quantities of purified material and/or in their biological environment. For this purpose the Institute needs a state of the art transmission electron microscope system suitable for high-throughput screening, high-resolution (subnanometer) single-particle cryo-EM studies, as well as cryo-electron tomography (cryo-ET) of reconstituted preparations, cells, and tissues.
