Description

Reps & Certs SLAC M367 Terms and Conditions SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. SLAC has a requirement for the following: 1 Each of a Custom Non-Collinear Difference Frequency Generator (GaSe NDFG2) for HE-TOPAS-PrimePlus OPA System including installation and training. Delivery on or before September 20, 2016. Installation and training to be completed NLT September 30, 2016. Provide a price and lead time quotation with signed Representations & Certifications by not later than September 1, 2016, 4:00 PM PST Source selection will be based on lowest price technically acceptable proposal. Must meet delivery NLT September 20, 2016. Payment Terms: N-30 Freight terms: FOB Destination The resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed price basis. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Terms & Conditions for Fixed Price Commercial Supplies and Services (for on-site work) M367 (rev17Feb2015) will be made a part of the resulting order. Your firm is required to be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov).
