Description

The United States Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), MD 21005, intends to solicit and award a 4-year (base + 3 option years) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, with total estimated value of $64,000.00. This action is intended as a sole source award directed to Harris Corporation of 474 Phoenix Drive, Rome NY, in accordance with FAR 13.5 and 41 U.S.C. 1901(a)(1) Sole Source, for software maintenance/support of Harris PuriFile Embedded Solution software. The proposed action is for a procurement each year of software maintenance/support for 10 Harris Purifile software licenses. This procurement is a Request for Proposal under solicitation number W56JSR-16-Q-0025. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this acquisition is 511210 (Software Publishers).
