Description

The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to Range Telephone Cooperative, 2325 East Front Street, Forsyth, Montana, 59327-0127, for telephone services needed for the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, Lame Deer, Montana. Range Telephone Cooperative, is the only distributor to provide telephone services in a remote area with limited telephone companies.The procurement will be conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; and FAR 37.101, Non Personal Service Contract. The IHS anticipates the award of a fixed-price purchase order for the period October 1, 2016, through September 30, 2017. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
