SECTION A - CONTRACT REQUIREMENT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format specified in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89-1, effective 08/15/2016. The North American Industry Classification Code is 325412 - "Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing" with a small business size standard of 1,250 Employees. The government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) subject to the provisions and clauses listed in the formal VA solicitation format following. Please refer to those pages for specifications and point of contact. This is a Total Small Business Set-a-side.
