Description

The VA NCO22, Network Contracting Office intends to enter into sole source procurement with RC Consolidated. This proposed contract action is being conducted under the authority of VAAR 819.7007, Sole source awards to service-disabled veteran owned small business concern. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely by the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
