DLA MARITIME - PUGET SOUND IS ISSUING a solicitation for two (2) EA ULTRA HIGH PRESSURE (UHP) WATER JET PUMPS, MFR MODEL # E-150; MFR: AQUAFLOW / FLOW INTERNATIONAL (OR EQUAL) AND ANCILLARY EQUIP AS FOLLOWS: 2 each, Consumable Parts Kit, Flow international p/n 010406-1 OR EQUAL 4 each, Jetlance p/n 008346-2; Flow international OR EQUAL 2 each, Spare parts list, Flow international p/n 010406-1 OR EQUAL 4 each, Jetlance Spare parts list, Flow international p/n 009104-1 OR EQUAL 8 each, High Pressure Hose, Flow international p/n 007653-50 OR EQUAL 4 each, High Pressure Hose, Flow international p/n 007655-50 OR EQUAL 4 each, High Pressure Hose, Flow international p/n 002465-15 OR EQUAL 2 each, 5-way manifold; Flow international p/n 002469-1 OR EQUAL This requirement will be solicited on unrestricted basis, BRAND NAME OR EQUAL using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) type commercial purchase order. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be BREMERTON, WA. The RFQ will be posted to and available for download at http://fedbizops.gov/. The closing date of the solicitation will be 12:00AM on 21 Sep 2016, PST. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from the aforementioned website and to frequently monitor those sites for any amendments. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office; NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non- responsive and result in rejection of the same. FIRMS INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING PROPOSALS MUST: (1) complete the CLIN pricing, (2) COMPLETE ENTIRE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT to include representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, (3) provide all product technical specification documentation and technical compliance certifications, and (4) ensure current registration in the SAM system at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/sam.
