Description
Statement of Work Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Server Rack Relocation Service at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA Statement of work in support of the relocation of data equipment 1. Scope - Marine Corps Base G-6 has four (4) empty sever racks (89.25"H, 24"W, 48"D) and one (1) fiber patch panel that needs to be re-located from Diamond Hall (bldg 3098) to Newlin Hall (bldg 3255), plus one (1) additional server rack (89.25"H, 24"W, 48"D) that needs two (2) 120 VAC, 30 Amp receptacles. The Government requires this task be accomplished with minimal disruption to existing work in and around the space of the racks. 2. Contractor - a. The contractor shall provide all parts and labor to fulfill this requirement. -Each cabinet will need two (2) 120 VAC, 30 Amp service - NEMA L5-30R receptacles. b. All finished work shall be Quality Assured (QA) by the assigned Contracting Officers Technical Representative (COTR). c. The contractor shall dispose of all debris once work is completed and the area restored to its original condition. d. Damages that occur during fulfilling this requirement shall be repaired at the expense of the contractor and the COTR shall re-inspect to ensure damages are 100% corrected. e. Inform the Data Center Manager if the work could cause any fire alarms to go off so that a Hot Permit is submitted to the Fire Inspector. 3. Government - a. The Government shall ensure that the contractor be escorted and have full access to fulfill the task. b. If required, submit a Hot Permit to the Fire Inspector. c. No deviation from this statement of work is authorized. 4. Place of Performance - a. Diamond Hall (building 3098) and Newlin Hall (bldg 3255).
